Giaume ~ Chamot Drappier Residences
Regarding admissions to the Giaume Chamot Drappier Residences, applicants must be able to prove Monegasque nationality or any other nationality, with the condition that in this case, they have been residents of the Principality for more than 30 years. Furthermore, in the event of availability, admission requests from individuals who do not meet these criteria might potentially be granted exceptions upon motivated request and decision by the Foundation's Board of Directors, provided they can demonstrate a historical or personal connection to Monaco, whether familial or professional in nature.
With a qualified staff of around 80 employees, including 1 coordinating physician, 12 nurses, and about thirty nursing assistants, the Giaume Chamot Drappier Residences have a nursing presence available 24/7, aiming to provide the best care to each resident based on their needs and expectations.

Bellando de Castro Residence
With the requirement for applicants to be retired and within an age range of over 60 to under 85 at the time of admission, the Bellando de Castro Residence is intended solely for autonomous individuals, meaning those who are capable of performing daily activities without the assistance of a third party. In terms of eligibility, candidates must demonstrate Monegasque nationality or any other foreign nationality, having lived in the Principality for more than ten years, including spouses of individuals falling into these two categories. Additionally, subject to availability and without prejudice to the aforementioned criteria, residents of the neighboring municipalities of the Principality are also eligible: Cap d'Ail, La Turbie, Beausoleil, Roquebrune Cap Martin. However, they must still be able to establish a historical or personal connection to Monaco, either of a familial or professional nature.
