Inaugurated in 1991, the Giaume Residence, located at 20 Avenue Hector Otto, underwent significant redevelopment work as part of a complete transformation into a Residential Care Facility for Dependent Elderly Individuals. Completed by the end of the year 2022, the reopening of the Residences, now bearing the name Giaume Chamot Drappier, allows for the accommodation of individuals with reduced autonomy, offering a warm, hotel-like, entirely new, and secure living environment that incorporates new technologies for the residents' benefit.

Within the Hector Otto Foundation, the new Giaume Chamot Drappier Residences adapt to the evolving needs of the elderly over time, especially concerning their health. By establishing a high-level medical environment, the Hector Otto Foundation equips itself to ensure transfers from the Bellando de Castro Residence to specialized care and treatments, all without needing to leave the territory of Monaco.

Our Services

The presence and availability of the teams at Giaume Chamot Drappier Résidences allow residents to interact on a daily basis. In addition, a wide range of services is offered to them in accordance with the provisions of the Operating Regulations and carried out by professionals.

Accommodation

The rooms in our residence are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the city and the sea. They are equipped with medical beds, call buttons for caregivers, a television, and a telephone, ensuring optimal comfort for our residents. Thanks to 24/7 surveillance, we guarantee a secure and caring environment every day for the well-being of all our residents.

Reception and Front Desk

A person who is available and attentive is present every day, 24/7, including weekends and holidays, to welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and receive mail. They provide information to residents about the highlights of residence life. A presence is ensured day and night to provide immediate assistance to residents in case of need.

Cleaning and Maintenance

A dynamic team takes care of the maintenance and cleaning of the studios and common areas of the residence. To allow residents to have their personal laundry taken care of, there is a laundry room on-site and available for use.

Common Living Spaces

A large space is dedicated to leisure activities where residents can engage in activities offered by the entertainment team (gymnastics, workshops, etc.), enjoy the library, television, or the lounges for moments of conviviality and relaxation.

Dining Residents

have the option to have their lunch, and dinner in a quality restaurant. The chef creates the menu based on the suggestions and preferences of the residents. Meals are cooked on-site every day, with a focus on local and seasonal products. The dining service also allows residents to reserve a table for their guests.

Religious Services

The chapel is accessible to all residents collectively during religious services or individually for a spiritual moment. Every Sunday and on every significant date in the Catholic calendar, Mass is celebrated in the residence chapel."
